An automatic confirmation email will be sent to your email address when you place your order. You will receive another email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.
If your order has not been fulfilled, please email us with your order number and the details you’d like to change or if you wish to cancel your order.
Your order cannot be cancelled or modified if it has already been fulfilled.
Yes we can! We provide a priority service where we prioritize your order and process it urgently for you. This is especially handy for busy holidays such as Christmas and you have left it last minute!
Our priority service includes your order jumping the queue and express postage to your door.
Priority Order + Express Shipping: Rs 1000.
Dispatch time: 1-3 business days.
Delivery time: 1-3 business days dependent on delivery address.
All orders will be posted from Lahore, Punjab.

We’re excited for you to receive your products as well! Kindly note, our handling times do not include shipping and delivery periods.
Due to their customized nature, allow 3-5 business days for your order to be made and dispatched. Exceptions may apply during promotional and busy holiday periods.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
If you need your order to be prioritized, please select Priority Order + Express Shipping at Checkout. Dispatch time will be 1-3 business days.

We currently ship within Pakistan but we will be shipping soon to the UK.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with your tracking number for your package.
Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment.
Returns
Due to the customized nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you wish to cancel your order, please advise us within 24 hours of your order being placed. If your order has already been fulfilled, refunds cannot be given.
In the rare circumstances that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and contact us with the following details.

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we apologize for that.

Custom Photo Magnets
We print your photos for you! All you have to do is upload any digital photo onto the corresponding product page – photos from your phone or camera will work perfectly.
If your order has not been fulfilled, you may change your photo within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at info@magneticmomentspk.com
After this period, modifications cannot be made.
